B2B Simple Start and Operations Guide
Starting and running a B2B Group is easy. There is a brief application process if you would like to be added to our list of B2B Groups. We have designed some simple systems that will help you as a group leader manage and reproduce B2B Groups easily. We wanted the administrative burden to be minimal, so that the focus can be on the essentials of gathering around the Word of God, building REAL relationships and being a blessing to the community.

We have a brief (5-7 min) online application and interview process. B2B Group Leaders are Christian business leaders of good reputation who agree with a basic statement of faith (Lausanne Covenant) and agree to uphold B2B Group Values (hover for values) and follow a few simple guidelines.

There is very little special training needed to start a B2B group. Once you have been accepted and received your charter letter, you simply read the Simple Start and Operations Guide. We hope that every leader will commit to lifelong learning, so you don’t need to complete a lengthy training – just be willing to learn as you go.
There is no fee associated with starting a B2B Group. Neither do B2B groups charge a fee for membership or participation. There is a small fee for the Blessed2Bless Bible study booklet and for the B2B Business Basics material. Other materials and training are provided free of charge. Other operating and oversight costs for the project are covered by the contributions of generous donors.
The system is designed so that the total weekly commitment for someone leading a group is less than half an hour; excluding actual meeting time and spiritual preparation.
We suggest that you have at least 3 people to start a group.
No, you can use the Blessed2Bless curriculum as you wish. It is great for all kinds of small groups: Bible studies, cell groups, Sunday school classes, etc. However, B2B Groups are a special kind of group, so we ask that you apply and receive a charter letter if you desire to be a part of the global B2B Group community. Ultimately we desire to extend the Kingdom of God in the marketplace and we cheer on all Christ-centered efforts to do this.
The B2B Community is a voluntary community of like-minded believers in the marketplace who desire to extend the Kingdom of God in and through their businesses, and through hosting B2B Groups. As such the various B2B Groups share common values and vision but are better understood as a movement than as an organization. Individual groups share a spiritual DNA but are autonomous, and no hierarchy is implied.
If it is possible we ask that you do purchase the book. However if this is logistically difficult we do have a program whereby our international B2B Groups can receive a provisional license to locally reproduce the Blessed2Bless materials at either a reduced rate or free of charge.
